Initiate Your Return

Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our studio.
Arrange Collection
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and schedule a courier collection or drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
